Princess of Wales Kate Middleton has revealed that she has been diagnosed with cancer and is undergoing chemotherapy. The appeal was published on the page of the Prince and Princess of Wales on the social network X on Friday, March 22.

According to the princess, the news came as a “big shock” to her.

“I had a major abdominal surgery in London in January, and at the time it was believed that my disease was not cancer… The operation was successful. However, the tests after the operation showed that there was still cancer. So I was advised of my doctors. to undergo a course of preventive chemotherapy, and now I am in the early stages of this treatment, “said Kate Middleton.

Prince William’s wife added that she was by his side and reassured him. Kate said she is now focused on making a full recovery, and for that the family needs time and confidentiality.

“We hope you will understand that we as a family need time, space and privacy at this time while I complete my treatment. My work always brings me a deep sense of joy and I look forward to returning when I can, but for now “I have to focus on making a full recovery,” added Kate Middleton.
