The domestic violence incident occurred in 2021 while the actor was on vacation with his ex-girlfriend. During an argument, he choked her and covered her mouth with her hand.
The trial of American actor Devin Ratray, known for his role as Baz in the movie Home Alone, has ended in Oklahoma. TMZ reported it.
Specifically, at a hearing on Wednesday, February 21, the celebrity pleaded guilty to two counts of domestic violence. It finally put an end to the case, which had been pending for nearly three years.
After Ratray pleaded guilty, the court decided not to impose a prison sentence on him. Instead, he will be on probation for the next three years. The actor is also required to complete a domestic violence intervention program and pass a drug/alcohol test.
In addition, he must pay legal costs and have no contact with the victim.
It was learned that Devin appeared in court via video link with his lawyer.
It was previously reported that Devin Ratray’s domestic violence trial has been postponed after his attorneys said he was hospitalized in “critical condition.”
