The performer admitted that during the Russian invasion, he was surprised by such things as corruption.
Ukrainian singer Max Barskikh spoke about wartime corruption. He said this in an interview with the “Speaking Sukhanov” project.
In particular, the artist is convinced that from the beginning of the full-scale invasion there are many moments that can influence the officials.
“Since the beginning of the war, there have been many moments that must have affected the authorities, the people, those responsible for some political or military processes. It hurts me sometimes to see the corruption or what is happening in some battalions when weapons are resold and money laundering takes place. This sincerely surprised me,” he said.
The actor added that it was difficult for him to deal with such situations and he even cried because of the lack of justice.
“I still remember some days I just sat there crying, because you put everything on the line and believed that we are different, that we are not like them. We believe in the idea, ordinary people unite themselves to create of the resistance. And then you understand “that those who were supposed to somehow help the army – they just left, stole money or withdrew humanitarian aid. These are heinous acts. I think such people will receive a double boomerang effect,” – Max Barskikh.
At the same time, Max Barskikh added that he does not know how to help eradicate corruption.
“I want to believe in people who have a strategy, who understand how to fight it. I would always support such people,” the singer added.
Earlier it was reported that the producer of the Ukrainian singer Olya Polyakova, music expert and head of the Secret Service EA company Mikhail Yasinsky disclosed the earnings of Max Barskikh.
In Kremenchuk, at a concert, the police were called to Max Barskikh
