Medical assistance to the minister was provided by an intern from India, who remained in Ukraine after the start of the war.
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba said he was bitten by a strange dog. He wrote it on Instagram.
An unpleasant incident happened to the officer while walking his dogs on the night of February 11.
“A big dog, being walked without a leash, attacked me while walking. And once, me,” the minister shared.
He thanked the doctors at Alexander Hospital who “prepared” him.
“Dogs should be loved, but kept on a leash,” urged the head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry.
