Former BBB Antonio Rafaski speaks out after rape accusation

The ex-BBB Anthony Rafaski broke his silence and spoke out after being accused of rape by the model Janaina Ana da Silva.

In his Stories, on the Instagram platform, Antonio published his defense and denied that the story told by Janaina was true.

“I, Antonio Rafaski, out of respect for my friends, family, contractors and followers, hereby come to give the only and real version of facts released on the internet in an absurdly frivolous way. I confess yes! That I am completely appalled and was caught by absurdly surprised by the accusations directed at me. Mrs. Janaina Silva, through her social networks, claims to have suffered sexual abuse on 12/02/2022. Well, yes, I was with her, not only on the 2nd, like the 3rd, 4th, until 12/15, when I took her to the airport for her trip to Mexico.”he began.

The ex-brother continued: “Furthermore, she invited the ‘criminal’ to come to her house on 12/14, located in SP. As the dated photos show, we were together, like a normal couple. One thing is certain, which would make you live romantic moments , take photos and take him to your home? An abuser?”.

“Ms. Janaina also claims that she has evidence (but she only posted 2 prints of documents). Which, in addition to not proving anything, after research by my legal team, are not included in any legal body. Have several women reported me before? What I know is that the same ‘modus operandi’ occurred in 2021 with an internet colleague of Janaina’s own. In an attempt to deceive the internet and justice, an investigation was opened which, in fact, was archived, and the ‘alleged abused’ still owes me compensation for moral damages. When it comes to the former friends she refers to, perhaps people choose to give up a friendship so as not to give false testimony. In 2021, I chose not to speak out, leaving it only in the hands of Justice , but this time, I need to speak out. Antonio continued his statement: “They ask me: why is she doing this? I don’t have that answer. She claims in her publications that I have money, does she need to increase followers? Maybe go on a reality show? There’s no way to know what’s going on in a human being’s head. I’m very calm and aware of my innocence, however, what revolts me is that attitudes like this trivialize any and all violence against women. It’s a step backwards.”

“I, as a father, brother and son, am outraged to know how much this discredits the long-standing struggle of women who truly need justice. I hope I have clarified it for you, point by point. Legal measures are already being taken”, he finished.
