Seven-year-old resident of Kiev Darina Komarchuk became the owner of the longest hair in Ukraine in her age category. This was announced by the head of the National Register of Records of Ukraine, Lana Vetrova.
The length of the girl’s hair strands is 103.5 cm.
“According to the rules, each subsequent record in this category must exceed the previous one by at least 10 percent,” explained Vetrova.
Last year, the record was set by 5-year-old Maria Porozhnyuk, whose hair length reached 91.5 cm.
We remind you that once a resident of Kyiv, 15-year-old Elena Korzenyuk, became the Ukrainian record holder for hair length. The length is 235 cm.
