Fans took the star to court after his concerts started two hours late.
Two fans are suing Madonna for starting her New York concert two hours late. The Daily Mail reported this.
Specifically, the lawsuit, filed by concertgoers Michael Fellows and Jonathan Hedden, accuses the 65-year-old artist and concert organizer of “false advertising.”
The suit covers all three nights Madonna was late at the Barclays Center – December 13, 14 and 16 – with the plaintiffs claiming concerts scheduled for 8:30 pm ET did not start until 10:30 pm .
The fans say the late starts are “negligent misrepresentations and unfair trade practices.” They also claim that the star has not started his concerts on time for a long time.
At the same time, the plaintiffs recognize that Madonna has health problems, due to which the first dates of the concerts were postponed from July to December, but this is not considered a justification for the delays in the evening.
The fans said they are asking for damages.
It was previously reported that Madonna was embarrassed in front of thousands on her Celebration Tour.
Madonna admitted that she may not have survived a bacterial infection
