The celebrity was found dead in a jacuzzi at his home near Los Angeles on October 28, 2023.

The investigation into the death of American actor, star of the series Friends Matthew Perry has officially ended. People are reporting it.

The Los Angeles Police Department agreed with the findings shared by doctors after the autopsy. The cause of the actor’s death was the severe effects of ketamine, which he took to treat depression and anxiety.

At the same time, coronary heart disease and the effects of buprenorphine led to drowning in a jacuzzi and led to the accidental death of the star.

An autopsy revealed that Perry was on ketamine infusion therapy, with the last treatment occurring just “a week and a half before” his death. However, the coroner stated that “the ketamine in his system at the time of death could not have been the result of this infusion therapy because the half-life of ketamine is 3-4 hours or less.”

It was previously reported that George Clooney shared unexpected details about the life of his late friend Matthew Perry.
