King Charles III has called Prince Harry an “idiot” following the release of his documentary series Harry and Meghan on Netflix in 2022, NYP reports.
According to journalist Omid Scobie, who wrote the book Endgame: Inside the Royal Family and the Monarchy’s Struggle for Survivalthe 75-year-old Charles went from being silent about his youngest son’s antics to openly insulting him, as most members of the royal family changed their behavior and dropped their grievances.
“The Netflix series took everyone’s masks off. Charles went from not wanting to talk about his son to openly criticizing ‘that idiot,'” said a palace insider.
It should be noted that revelations from the six-part series include claims that information was leaked from Charles’ office about Harry and Meghan Markle’s planned move to Canada, which was later cancelled.
It was previously reported that the Fox channel released an episode of the animated series Family Guy, in which Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were critically mocked.
