Singer Anastasia Prikhodko expressed her opinion about the language scandal with Irina Farion.
In particular, in an interview with Slava Demin, the artist noted that he considers the position of the former representative shameful, adding that there are more important things in our country today.
“For me, if you want to attract attention to yourself, you should raise the language issue. Now is not the time for these clashes. We have to hold the country, save the men, but they are starting on their language issue,” he said.
In addition, the singer emphasized that this scandal is pushing the soldiers to go against the grain, noting that the defenders no longer want to switch to the Ukrainian language as a sign of protest. Nastya Prikhodko also remembered the actor Bogdan Benyuk, who supported the linguist.
“He did something different. People then started speaking Russian. And they didn’t want to switch to Ukrainian thanks to people like Irina Farion. And we all saw on TikTok when they said: “Oh, if not protect, then open the border , I’m Russian-speaking, I’ll go.” That’s what Irina Farion is doing. She’s guilty along with Bogdan Benyuk,” added the star.
