At the beginning of the whole invasion of Russia, the artist left Ukraine for Germany. A few hours later, he gave an interview in which he said that he was undergoing treatment.
Ukrainian artist Oleg Vinnik, who has been living in Germany since the beginning of the Russian invasion, became a victim of scammers. This was announced by songwriter and TV presenter Petr Maga in an interview with Rostyslove Production.
According to him, despite the fact that the artist is abroad, he does not stop helping our army, especially, he sent many new jeeps to the front line. However, one day he encountered rogue volunteers who threatened to kill him.
“The story of Oleg Vinnik is very bad. He gave the money to the pseudo-volunteers who stole the money. Then they threatened him. They said: “If you come, we will shoot your head,” said Pyotr Maga, adding that so far it has not been possible to find the attackers.
In addition, the poet said that if everyone helped the defenders of Ukraine, as Vinnik did, “our progress would be faster.”
Oleg Vinnik was previously reported to have said upon his departure from Ukraine.
