The scandal between Kondratyuk and Kozlovsky has been going on for more than 10 years. After the breakdown of cooperation, the producer accuses the ex-protegé of copyright infringement.
The scandal between producer Igor Kondratyuk and singer Vitaly Kozlovsky continues to gain momentum.
So, in an interview with Channel 5, the showman, who refused the settlement agreement with his former ward, said that he could not stop the process of collecting the debt from the artist.
“The answer about Kozlovsky depends entirely on the legal plane, and not on the plane of what his friends say. You will not believe it, but the law in the executive service says that I cannot stop it. Either Kozlovsky, or the his lawyer, or someone else. If the court agreed to it. But why Kozlovsky did not do this before starting his military service is a big mystery to me, “he said.
At the same time, he added that Kozlovsky, who defends our country from the Russian invaders, should be grateful to the Ukrainian Armed Forces, because his service “forces him to become a pious citizen.”
“First of all, he defends his homeland, secondly, he is a law-abiding person. By the way, there are many punishments from the courts, including alimony, because everyone who serves, receives a salary in a white way,” said Igor Kondratyuk.
In addition, the producer admitted how much Vitaly Kozlovsky owed him:
“About 1.5 million, maybe three hundred million. In 2021, he transferred me 28 thousand. I have to live for 53 years so that he can pay off everything he owes me,” Kondratyuk calculated.
It was previously reported that Vitaly Kozlovsky invited ex-producer Igor Kondratyuk to enter into a settlement agreement to end their long-term conflict.
