Renault announced the release of a budget crossover

Renault has announced the release of a new budget and compact crossover. The model will be called Kardian. It will be shown on October 25th. This is stated on Renault’s official website.

It will be a small B-class crossover. The name comes from the word tāgāpagāla (“guardian”).

Judging by previously leaked images on the Internet, the design of the model is similar to the Dacia/Renault Sandero Stepway. The car has a pronounced plastic body kit, a wide radiator grille and a curved window line.

Previously, the crossover would receive a 1.0-liter gasoline engine. Separately, a factory HBO option may appear.
