The filmmaker emphasized that the success of our country is so difficult that everyone must work together to achieve it.
Oleg Sentsov, a Ukrainian director who defended the country from the Russian invaders, said that he did not like what was behind and revealed details about the situation at the front.
On his Facebook page, the filmmaker showed his bulletproof vest, covered in blood and mud, saying that now he and his brothers were taken for a short recovery, then will return to the front again.
In addition, the director said that most Ukrainians do not want to know the truth about the war on the territory of our country – people are joking about the upcoming holiday in Crimea.
Sentsov noted that Ukraine’s victory comes with heavy losses, adding that the whole country must fight, not just part of it.
“I can’t look at coffee houses full of beards, fat men without uniforms and empty prisons to the staff of my unit. I don’t want to hear jokes about Melitopol cherries and barbecue in Crimea. From us to Crimea , it seems to the moon, but we will definitely go this way. The only question is how long it will take. The question is how many more friends will be black and white photographs. The question is when the whole country will start to fight, and it doesn’t share,” the director wrote emotionally.
