In an interview with the program Two in Scene, Antonio Fagundes commented on his difficulty in dealing with his son’s homosexuality, Bruno Fagundes. In the chat, the actor revealed that he was raised in a time when values were conservative and therefore took a while to accept his son’s sexual orientation.
“I confess that I encountered some difficulties, I was not prepared. My upbringing was shaped by macho values, however I have since endeavored to expand my understanding in this regard. With sincere dedication and affection, I have evolved”, revealed.
Bruno, who was also participating in the interview, praised his father’s behavior and stated that he is still in the process of understanding his sexuality.
