In cancer treatment, Simony has a crying crisis after the exam result

Simony received important news after an examination performed during his treatment for cancer.

In the battle against bowel cancer, the singer performed a PET Scan and received wonderful news: no visible cancer cells were found.

The artist said that even her doctor was surprised by the positive result and said that she must still undergo four cycles of chemotherapy.

“I’m in the fourth cycle of treatment, which is immunotherapy along with chemotherapy. (…) Today I went for a PET scan, a test that leaves us very apprehensive. (…) At the end of the test, the doctor usually comes to talk to say what’s going on. (…) He said: ‘I don’t see any lymph nodes anymore, I don’t see anything else there'”, she said, her eyes teary.

Without hiding her emotion, Simony thanked all the affection and support she receives from her friends and fans at this moment.

“I’m in remission and I’m just grateful to you who prayed for me. Today, June 19th, is the day of rebirth. I want to thank my fans, my mother, my friends far and near. My tears are of joy. Only those who go through it know what this treatment is, it’s very difficult.”, he said.
