Beauty expert Hariany Almeida gave tips for a perfect skincare without spending a lot
Often, a skincare routine ends up being expensive and therefore does not enter into the daily lives of most people.
With that in mind, we invited a beauty specialist, Hariany Almeidato bring cheap and homemade tips for your skincare.
“For me, face care is essential, it prevents aging, neutralizes the skin and removes inflammation, some products end up being expensive, so I hope these tips help a lot”he said.
1st tip: Rice
Mix a measure of rice with two measures of filtered water
Reserve the mixture and let the rice soak for two days;
Grate a cucumber and squeeze the juice into a container;
Mix the cucumber liquid with the rice water;
Apply the product on a clean face with the help of cotton.
Take care to always apply during the night and remember to wash your face well the next day before exposing yourself to the sun.
2nd tip: Babosa
Soak an aloe vera leaf in water for 40 minutes;
Carefully remove the thorns and bark from the leaf so as not to waste the gel;
Beat the aloe gel in the blender and sieve;
Mix 100ml of the gel with a spoonful of glycerin;
Add a vegetable oil of your choice;
Apply to a clean face using a cotton pad.
It is important to leave the leaf in the water to eliminate the aloe vera toxins and make your skincare more efficient.
3rd tip: Chamomile tea
Make a chamomile tea and wait to cool down;
Mix a spoonful of oatmeal with three teaspoons;
Add a spoonful of green clay;
Mix until smooth and apply to clean skin.
Clay is famous for its drying action that helps control oiliness, while chamomile and oats have calming and anti-inflammatory effects.
