Sofia Santino accumulates almost 12 million followers on social networks, known for her super detailed outlines, the influencer spoke to us, from Máxima Digital, and talked about the beginning of her internet career and self-esteem.
The influencer said that, even before working with the internet, she already liked to accompany some people: “I’ve always really enjoyed consuming the internet, especially in my pre-teens and teens, when there were already some more famous YouTubers. I consumed so much that at a certain point, I started producing for fun and I really enjoyed it too!”
“When I reached the age of 16/17, that’s when I started to have a more professional view of the internet, I took on even more of a taste for creation, even if I didn’t have that intention at first.”, he said.
Sofia said that she started to like makeup during the pandemic: “The interest in makeup emerged in the middle of the pandemic, when I was at home and started to look at myself more, to work on my self-esteem more and to challenge myself.”
“Incredible as it may seem, makeup was a very distant thing for me. I got closer to this world, mainly, to graphic eyeliner and I started to like it a lot, to the point of taking it to the internet. I got it.”, said.
With the success of her makeup content, Sofia Santino launched a line of eyeliner stickers: “I’m super excited about the launch of the line! This collab with That Girl was really cool, we’ve been working very carefully for almost two years or so and I have plans to expand even more, maybe launch other products, but always thinking in bringing this practicality to the crowd!”
In addition to makeup, Sofia shared that she takes pole dancing classes to help with her self-esteem. The influencer said that she made the decision to start doing the dance with the intention of having a new challenge.
“As with makeup, I had this difficulty in challenging myself and, as soon as the pandemic, the lockdown began to ease, I decided that I needed to venture out. I always thought pole dancing was so beautiful, so I started doing it.”, said.
“I was already in this process of working on my self-esteem and pole dancing certainly helped me a lot. It was and is part of a very beautiful process in my life. I always recommend it to everyone. Do pole dancing, because you will like it!” Sofia advised.
