- Heart of palm soup with asparagus, corn and chicken
- 1 hot banana with cinnamon

- 200 ml milk with 1 dessert spoon of diet chocolate
Lentil soup
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups of lentil tea
- 3 potatoes peeled and cut into cubes
- 1 carrot peeled and cut into cubes
- 1 chili pepper, seeded and minced
- 1 peeled and chopped onion
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 5 cups of hot water
- Salt and chopped parsley to taste
Method of preparation
In a pan, put the olive oil and lead to medium fire to warm up. Add the onion, garlic and brown. add the lentil, potatoes, carrots, red pepper, salt and water and cook for 20 minutes. Turn off the heat, sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
