Since the beginning of a full-scale war, Japan has been actively assisting Ukraine in clearing mines.

Dog Patron, who helps the State Emergency Service to clean up the territories after the Russian invaders, met with Japanese Ambassador Matsuda Kuninori. This was reported by the press service of the Japanese Embassy in Ukraine.

In particular, he was present at the discussion of the provision of demining equipment to Ukraine. They also confirmed that the island state in East Asia will continue to support our country in the field of humanitarian demining.

“Patron, thank you for your continued protection of Ukraine!”

The famous sapper dog thanked the Japanese ambassador for the invitation and the toy presented to him.

“Thank you for the invitation and extraordinary support for Ukraine! Well, also for the beaver (Mr. Ambassador gave me wonderful toys and the opportunity to discuss important issues of demining),” the comment says.
