Ingredients

  • 1 kg of pork ribs

Method of preparation

In a bowl, combine the barbecue sauce, brown sugar, mustard, salt and black pepper. Pass the sauce on the pork ribs and place them in a roasting pan. Take it to the preheated oven at 200°C for about 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until the ribs be soft and golden. Turn the ribs halfway through so they cook evenly. Serve immediately.

Roasted chicken with vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1 kg of chicken thighs and drumsticks
  • 6 potatoes cut into cubes
  • 2 carrots cut into rounds
  • 1 onion cut into pieces
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
  • Olive oil, salt and ground black pepper to taste

Method of preparation

In a bowl, mix the potatoes, carrots, onion and garlic. Season with salt, black pepper, rosemary, paprika and olive oil. Arrange the chicken pieces on a baking sheet and place the vegetables around. Ingredients

  • 1 puff pastry for pie
  • 2 cups of chopped spinach
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tea cup of milk
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • olive oil to taste

Method of preparation

In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat and sauté the onion. Then add the spinach and sauté until soft. In a bowl, beat the eggs and milk until smooth. Add the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, salt and black pepper and mix well. Place the puff pastry on a baking sheet and press it against the sides. Prick the dough with a fork.

Then put the spinach and the onion on the puff pastry. Pour the egg and cheese mixture over the spinach. Take it to the preheated oven at 180°C for about 35 to 40 minutes, or until the quiche is golden and firm to the touch. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
