Method of preparation
Cut the tofu into cubes and, in a bowl, mix the olive oil, soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic, ginger powder, salt and black pepper. Add the tofu cubes to the mixture and mix well to coat all sides. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C for 5 minutes. Place the tofu cubes in the air fryer basket. Cook for about 10 minutes. Remove the cubes from the air fryer, garnish with chives and serve hot.
Gratin broccoli
Ingredients
- 1 broccoli
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

Method of preparation
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C for 5 minutes. Cut the zucchini, eggplant, onion and peppers into cubes. assemble the skewers on sticks, interspersing the vegetables, and season with salt and black pepper.
