cappuccino biscuit
Ingredients
- 8 tablespoons of butter
- 1 tea cup of sugar
- 1 1/2 cup wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1 tablespoon of chocolate in powder
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened liquid coffee
- Butter for greasing
- Wheat flour for flouring
Method of preparation
In a container, put the butter, sugar, cinnamon, chocolate powder and coffee and mix well. Gradually add the wheat flour and stir until you get a smooth dough. Place the dough on plastic wrap and refrigerate for 20 minutes. Flour a smooth surface with wheat flour, remove the dough from the fridge and open it with the help of a rolling pin. Cut the dough with the aid of a cookie cutter and place on a greased baking sheet floured with wheat flour. Place in a preheated oven at 180°C until the sides are golden brown. Serve immediately.
Coffee pudding
Ingredients
Syrup
- 1 tea cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup of hot water
Pudding
- 395g of condensed milk
- 3 tea cups of milk
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of instant coffee
Method of preparation
Syrup
In a pan, put the sugar and lead to medium fire to melt until golden. Add the water and stir well until the sugar dissolves and the syrup thickens. Pour the syrup over a mold with a hole in the middle and cover the entire bottom. Reserve.
Pudding
In a blender, place the condensed milk, milk, eggs and instant coffee and beat well so as not to smell like an egg. Pour the mixture over the mold with the syrup, cover with aluminum foil and, in a bain-marie, bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 1 hour and 30 minutes. After, remove from the oven, wait to cool and take to the fridge for 6 hours. Unmold carefully and serve immediately.
Coffee cake with chocolate
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/3 cup of tea sugar
- 3/4 of tea cup of oil
- 1 cup of unsweetened liquid coffee
- 1 1/2 cup wheat flour
- 4 tablespoons of chocolate powder
- 1 tablespoon chemical baking powder
- Butter for greasing
- Wheat flour for flouring
Method of preparation
In a container, lay the eggs, sugar, oil and mix well. Add the chocolate powder and stir until incorporated with the other ingredients. Gradually add the wheat flour and mix until you get a homogeneous consistency. Lastly, add the coffee and chemical baking powder and stir gently. Grease a baking dish with butter and flour, pour the dough and place in a preheated oven at 200ºC for 40 minutes. Serve immediately.
Grilled chicken with coffee sauce
Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast fillets
- 1 clove of garlic, peeled and crushed
- 1 teacup of chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 tablespoon wheat flour
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- 1/2 cup unsweetened liquid coffee
- Salt, oregano and ground black pepper to taste
Method of preparation
In a container, place the chicken fillets, garlic, chicken broth, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, oregano and mix well. Let it rest for 20 minutes. In a skillet, place the butter and lead to medium fire to melt. add the fillets and brown both sides. Repeat the process with all the fillets and place them on a paper towel-lined container. In the same pan, place the wheat flour, wine and coffee and mix well. Cook until reduced. Turn off the heat, arrange the fillets over a bowl, drizzle with the coffee sauce and serve immediately.
