US First Lady Jill Biden congratulated the husband of Vladimir Zelensky, who became one of the 100 most influential people on the planet in 2023 according to Time.
In particular, on his Instagram page, he published a photo with Elena Zelenskaya, created during their meeting in Uzhgorod, where the first lady of the United States arrived as part of a tour of Eastern Europe. For security reasons, his arrival was kept as secret as possible.
The first ladies then visited a school in Uzhgorod, which received internally displaced citizens from regions of Ukraine where hostilities took place, especially from the Chernihiv region.
