Easter egg with brigadeiro filling
Ingredients
chocolate shell
- 220 g of chocolate to chopped milk
- Easter egg mold
Brigadier
- 790 g condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 8 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 6 tablespoons milk chocolate shavings
- 1 tablespoon white chocolate shavings
Method of preparation
chocolate shell
In a container, place the milk chocolate, take it to the microwave to melt and stir well. With the help of a brush, spread the melted chocolate in a mold to create the egg shells and refrigerate for 10 minutes. Repeat the process of spreading the chocolate in the mold and refrigerating it 2 more times. Reserve.
Brigadier
In a pan, place the condensed milk, butter and chocolate powder and lead to medium heat, stirring constantly, until you get the brigadier point. Turn off the heat, wait for it to cool. With half of the stuffing, shape the brigadeiros, dip them in the milk chocolate shavings and set aside.
Assembly
Take the egg out of the fridge, fill it with the rest of the brigadier, put the chocolate shavings in the milk and take it again to freeze for another 5 minutes, wrapped in aluminum foil. Afterwards, remove from the fridge, carefully unmold and decorate with the reserved brigadiers. Garnish with white chocolate shavings and serve immediately.
