Ingredients

  • 3 cups of tea cocoa powder
  • 3 tea cups of coconut oil
  • 1 tea cup of sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Method of preparation

In a container, place the coconut oil, cocoa powder, sugar, salt and vanilla essence and mix well. Afterwards, with the help of a ladle, take some chocolate, place it on the Easter egg mold and spread it well. Refrigerate until set. Repeat the process of spreading the chocolate in the mold and refrigerating it 2 more times. Serve immediately.

Ingredients

chocolate shell

  • 1 teacup of cocoa butter
  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/3 of a teacup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Filling

  • 1 cup of tea passion fruit pulp
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • 1 1/2 cup cashew nuts
  • 1/2 tea cup of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • Water

Method of preparation

In a water bath, melt the cocoa butter. Turn off the heat, add the cocoa powder, maple syrup and vanilla essence and mix well until you get a homogeneous consistency. Afterwards, with the help of a ladle, take some chocolate, place it on the Easter egg mold and spread it well. Refrigerate for 20 minutes. Repeat the process of spreading the chocolate in the mold and refrigerating it 2 more times. Reserve.

Filling

In a container, place the cashew nuts and cover with water. Soak for 4 hours. Afterwards, drain the water and transfer the cashew nuts to a blender. Add the passion fruit pulp, water, sugar and coconut oil and beat until you get a homogeneous consistency. Dispose of the cream in a container and take it to the fridge until it’s signed.

Remove the chocolate shell from the refrigerator and fill it with the passion fruit cream, cover with the rest of the melted chocolate and refrigerate again for another 1 hour and 20 minutes. Unmold carefully and serve immediately.

Filling
