Sharing about anxiety two years ago, Sarah Fonseca confessed to looking for ways to trick his nervous system. The number represents almost 10% of the population, and places Brazil at the top of the ranking of the most anxious countries. Despite the alarming number, for a long time, disorders related to mental health were not so portrayed, especially on social networks.

However, the creator emphasized that today it is already possible to see many public figures talking about the subject and giving visibility to such an important agenda, especially in light of the pressure of having your life exposed.

“I realized that influencers have been talking more and more about having anxiety and I strongly believe that it is connected to not having a routine and always waiting for an opportunity, a job, an experience, something new. Apart from being an exposed person and reading so many things about yourself or dealing with enormous pressure from so many people following and analyzing you. All of this really causes anxiety and I didn’t mention everything I’ve heard about”he said.

Today, managing to keep anxiety at a level that does not affect her daily life, Sarah shares results that worked for her and tries to help other people so that they can also carry out everyday activities without having to face all the emotional suffering caused by this psychic state. .
