Method of preparation

In a container, put the powdered sweetener, cinnamon and sesame seeds and mix well. Reserve. Pass the bananas in the coconut oil and then in the mixture with the dry ingredients.   • 10g of powdered yeast

  • Coconut oil for greasing
  • Wheat flour for flouring

Method of preparation

In a pan, put the olive oil and lead to medium fire to warm up. Add the onion and oregano and brown. Turn off the heat and set aside. In a container, place the whole wheat flour, the sesame seeds and the biological yeast and mix well. Add the cashew milk, onion and egg and stir until you get a pasta homogeneous. Lastly, add salt and mix to incorporate with the other ingredients. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rest until doubled in size.

Divide the dough into four parts and shape into balls. Grease a baking dish with coconut oil and flour it with wheat flour, place the dough and place in a preheated oven at medium temperature until golden. Serve immediately.
