3 quick bread recipes to make at home

Nothing more irresistible than freshly baked homemade bread, right? It’s the kind of food that gives you a cozy feeling, as well as being great for breakfast or an afternoon snack. Check out some recipes to prepare at home below:

Potato bread with cream cheese

Ingredients

  • 45g of fresh yeast
  • 2 tea cups of warm water
  • 500g boiled and mashed potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 1 tea cup of oil
  • 1 kg of wheat flour
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 beaten egg

Method of preparation

In a container, mix the yeast, salt and sugar until you get a liquid mixture. Add the oil, water, potato and egg yolks and mix. Add the wheat flour little by little and knead until it comes off the hands. Make balls and let rise for 20 minutes. Open the balls, put a portion of cream cheese in the center and close. Arrange the buns on a baking sheet and let rise for 20 minutes. Brush with the egg and bake preheated medium for 25 minutes. Serve immediately.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of lukewarm water
  • 1 tea cup of oil
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar
  • 45g of fresh yeast
  • 1 kg of wheat flour
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 grated onion
  • 2 eggs

Method of preparation

Beat the eggs, sugar, oil, salt, water, onion and yeast in a blender. Transfer the mixture to a container and add the wheat flour little by little. Knead until the dough comes off your hands. Divide the dough into four parts, form 4 loaves, place on a baking sheet and cover with a cloth. Let rise for 40 minutes or until doubled in size. take the breads to the preheated medium oven for 30 minutes or until golden. Serve immediately.

  • 3 eggs
  • 125 ml of milk
  • 100 ml of oil
  • salt to taste
  • 250 g of sweet sprinkle
  • 200 g of mozzarella cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoon baking soup
  • Oil for greasing

Method of preparation

Beat the eggs, milk, oil, salt and sprinkles in a blender. Place on a platter and mix with the cheese and the yeast. Transfer the mixture to a shape with a hole in the center greased with oil. Take to preheated medium oven for 45 minutes. Serve immediately.
