The UCult Talk – Conversas Fluídas program, by Unibes Cultural, addresses various topics within art and culture, sustainability and human rights, with aspects of everyday life inspired by real stories, in a series of interviews with people who encourage discussion around the inclusion and diversity within all environments of society, in order to clarify, demystify, aggregate on the subject and help in this social transformation of thought.
In this edition, the Journalist, Diversity and Inclusion Consultant, Manager of Inclusive Culture, Communication and Accessible Events, Entrepreneur, Government Relations and Public Policies for People with Disabilities and Speaker Ciça Cordeiroby Talento Importar, interview with a Diversity and Inclusion Professional Carolina IgnarraLinkedin influencer, CEO and founder of Grupo Talento Importar, where Ciça acts as Communications Coordinator.
The chat will be about Employability and Entrepreneurship of Women with Disabilities and will also have the presence of Juliana Ramalho, CEO of Talento Sênior, from Grupo Talento, talking about employability of 45+.
“Being a person with a disability has changed my life and taken me to places I never imagined”, said Ciça Cordeiro, who graduated in journalism with success and praise for her TCC “The importance of Volunteer Service” and brings her extensive experience, which includes a passage through the Municipal Secretariat for Persons with Disabilities.
