The pharmacist indicates two options and explains the benefits of medicinal plants

Wthere is matcha
Matcha acts against free radicals. It is an excellent option anti aging and helps with weight loss.
Ingredients
- 1/2 teaspoon matcha
- 50 ml of boiling water
Method of preparation
In a saucepan, boil water over medium heat separately. Keep the temperature at an average of 70°C. Place the matcha powder in a cup and pour in the hot water. Stir quickly until the tea is diluted. Serve immediately.
Wthere is hibiscus
Hibiscus tea facilitates digestion, stimulates the burning of body fat, regularizes the intestine and fights fluid retention. In addition, it lowers blood pressure and improves blood circulation, due to the presence of vitamin C.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of dried hibiscus
- 1 liter of water
Method of preparation
In a pan, boil the water over medium heat separately and add the hibiscus. Turn off the heat, cover the pan and let it rest for about 10 minutes. Strain and serve immediately.
