The artist joined the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine a year ago. Today he revealed that his grandmother refused to leave Sloviansk, Donetsk region, near where heavy fighting is taking place.
The star and his father wanted to take the old woman to a safe place by force, but she definitely refused.
“I want to defend my right to the life I lived. Because this is my war, this is my personal … Thanks to my parents, grandfather and great-grandfather I have this blood. Ukraine must be Ukrainian. Thank God I’m not a Muscovite,” said the artist.
Pecheritsa is very worried about her loved one, but she can’t do anything about it.
“We convinced, asked, even dad wanted it… Grandma, let’s sit down, he doesn’t want it. There is land, there is a house, there is someone to take care of, to answer to. ,” said the actor with sadness in his voice.
The actor also said that at the moment his unit is located in Kyiv. Before that, it was ahead.
In war, according to the star, the hardest thing is to experience separation from loved ones. In particular, with his son, who at the first meeting did not even recognize his father.
