3 white sauce lasagna recipes for Sunday lunch

Ingredients

White sauce

  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • 3 tablespoons wheat flour
  • 300 ml of milk
  • 500g sour cream
  • 1 pinch of salt

Pasta

  • 1 package of lasagna pasta
  • Salt and grated parmesan cheese to taste
  • water for cooking

Method of preparation

Pasta

In a pan, put the water and lead to medium fire until it boils. Gradually add some leaves of pasta for lasagna and cook until they are tender. Repeat the process with all the dough, carefully remove it from the pan and hang it over a colander so it doesn’t stick. Reserve.

Bolognese sauce

In a pan, put the oil and lead to medium fire to warm up. Add the onion and brown. Add the ground beef and tomato sauce and mix well. Cook for five minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Reserve.

White sauce

In a pan, put the butter and lead to medium fire to warm up. Add the wheat flour and stir until you get a homogeneous consistency. Gradually add the milk and stir until well dissolved. Lastly, put the cream of milk and mix to incorporate the other ingredients. Reserve.

Assembly

In a baking dish, make a layer with the lasagna dough. Pour the Bolognese sauce and spread. Make a layer with White sauce and cover with the dough. Repeat the process until you fill the whole roast and finish with the dough. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes. Serve immediately.

  • 150 g of sliced ​​ham
  • salt to taste
