Businesswoman Kamilla Agacci Boing commented on the techniques she has been using in her routine
It is a fact that, even over the years, women continue to face a load of attributions that are difficult for men to face. The arrival of motherhood increases these obligations even more, and may even exceed all humanly achievable limits. In this way, it is necessary to outline some strategies so that it is possible to reconcile work with raising a child. In addition, it is essential for a mother to have a support network.
With that in mind, the businesswoman Kamilla Aggacci Boing opened her heart about her routine with her company and motherhood. According to the influencer, she understands that she cannot handle everything at the same time, but sticks to the use of organization and planning.
“I’m not a wonder woman, so if I want to handle everything minimally, I have to take good care of both ventures: the company and the child. For both, I need to set goals, recognize priorities and structure schedules. Allied to that , I have a support network”, it started.
Kamilla continued: “For example, in the mornings when my son requires more of my attention, I work at home office, so, between one visit and another, I stay with him. Right after lunch, when he usually sleeps, I go to the concept store. And about being demanding, it is inherent to us women. We have always been demanding in everything. It’s no different with me. I demand too much, even in situations I know I can’t handle, because I’m human. It’s hard to rebuild yourself from this culture of ‘requiring’ and ‘perfection’. It’s something I police myself daily to reduce”.
The businesswoman also commented that she saw her life change completely with the arrival of the little one. “There is nothing that has not changed. The priorities are different, the look at the world is different, the concerns are different. Today, in addition to wanting to undertake, I want to leave values for my son. So, my conduct as a person and as a businesswoman became much more based on what I will leave as values in the future for my son than on the immediacy of the present”, scored.
The businesswoman is responsible for a thrift store that acts as an intermediary for luxury goods between customers and suppliers of famous brands. Always using her social networks, she saw an opportunity to share the challenges she faces when reconciling motherhood with business life. “Today, many come to me precisely wanting to know how to reconcile everything: life as a mother, businesswoman, woman, social life, etc. It’s a big gymkhana. Only with a lot of desire to make it work, organization and time management we managed to do it”, he said.
She also warns that it is not possible to donate 100% in all areas. “But make no mistake, sometimes we are not able to be 100% in all areas, on some days we will be more present as a mother, others as a businesswoman, others as a wife. What we have to keep in mind is precisely that, it’s not every day that we’ll be 100% in everything, some days more, others less, but what we can’t do is never leave some point forgotten. The important thing is to balance and define the priorities at the moment”explained the businesswoman.
Finally, Kamilla sent a message to all mothers who are going through the same moment. “Don’t push yourself too hard, have patience, discipline, people by your side to help you, manage time and priorities and, most importantly: take care of your health, after all, it’s no use wanting to perform like a Ferrari, wanting to embrace the world and take care of everything, being a beetle. The theory only makes sense if you live it, knowing and not doing is not knowing. Life happens in the arena, not in the audience. Don’t let fear and procrastination stop you from living your dreams. Whether in entrepreneurship or motherhood, go in search of your dreams”he concluded.
