Chromotherapy is a technique that uses light of different colors to balance the energies of the body and mind. Using mainly seven colors of the solar spectrum (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet), the method develops a feeling of well-being in human beings, promoting better health.
According to spiritualist Katrina Deville, the use of colors goes beyond applications in physical treatments and changes in behavior.
