Spiritualist explains how to use colors to attract positive vibrations and stimulate well-being

Chromotherapy is a technique that uses light of different colors to balance the energies of the body and mind. Using mainly seven colors of the solar spectrum (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet), the method develops a feeling of well-being in human beings, promoting better health.

According to spiritualist Katrina Deville, the use of colors goes beyond applications in physical treatments and changes in behavior. In this sense, the tones also apply to the harmony of the home, the work environment and, of course, people’s lives as a whole. Not even food is left out: a colorful, decorated and cheerful dish makes a difference.

“Colors have energy and affect our mood and the cells in our body. One of the simplest techniques is to observe the color that most calls your attention, as it defines the color that the person needs at that moment”, says the expert.

1. Yellow

This tone emits harmony and balance, as well as strongly encouraging security. Like blue, this color can help with states of anxiety, insomnia and stress.
