3 practical recipes with salmon for Sunday lunch

Salmon with sesame crust

Ingredients

  • 1 salmon fillet
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 2 egg whites eggs
  • Salt, ground black pepper and ginger zest to taste
  • 1 cup black sesame tea
  • 1 cup of white sesame tea
  • butter for frying

Method of preparation

Remove the skin from the salmon and slice it into strips. Arrange the fillets over a container and season with salt, black pepper, lemon juice and ginger zest. Reserve. In separate containers, place the egg whites and sesame seeds. After, pass the fillets over the egg whites and then in the sesame. Arrange the fillets on a baking sheet and refrigerate for 30 minutes. In a pan, put the butter and lead to medium fire to melt. Remove the fillets from the fridge and place them on the pan. Grill each side for 1 minute. Serve immediately.

Ingredients

  • 500 g skinless salmon fillet, cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 chopped green apple
  • 1/2 seedless chili pepper
  • Salt, ground black pepper and olive oil to taste

Method of preparation

In a container, place the salmon, mayonnaise, mustard, zest and lemon juice and olive oil and mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Lastly, add the apple and pepper and stir well. Cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate for 1 hour. Remove from the fridge, water again with olive oil and serve next.

Ingredients

  • 600 g of salmon
  • 1 lemon juice
  • Pulp of 2 passion fruit
  • 120 ml concentrated passion fruit juice
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon of sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of corn starch
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Method of preparation

Remove the skin from salmon and cut it into strips. Arrange the fillets on a baking sheet and season with salt, black pepper and lemon juice. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, in a pan, put the passion fruit juice and cornstarch and mix. Add the passion fruit pulp, salt and sugar and stir. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Turn off the heat, remove the salmon from the oven, cover with the sauce and serve immediately.
