Ingredients

  • 1 teacup of brown rice
  • 1/2 cup of tea black quinoa
  • 3 tea cups of water
  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 peeled and chopped onion
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Method of preparation

Wash the quinoa under running water, drain the water and set aside. In a pan, put the olive oil and lead to medium fire to warm up. Add the onion and garlic and brown. Add the rice and quinoa, season with salt and black pepper and stir for 2 minutes. Add water and cook until completely dry. Turn off the heat and serve immediately.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of quinoa tea
  • 2 tea cups of water
  • 200 g of cabotia pumpkin peeled and chopped
  • 1 peeled and chopped zucchini
  • 1 peeled and chopped onion
  • Salt, ground black pepper and olive oil to taste

Method of preparation

Wash the quinoa under running water, drain the water and set aside. In a pan, put the olive oil and lead to medium fire to warm up. Add the onion and brown. Add the squash and zucchini and sauté for 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the quinoa, salt, black pepper and water and cook until the quinoa grains are soft. Ingredients

  • 1 cup of quinoa tea
  • 2 tea cups of water
  • 1 cup of tea oatmeal flour
  • Leaves from 1 spinach branch
  • 1 peeled and chopped onion
  • 1 egg
  • Salt, ground black pepper and olive oil to taste

Method of preparation

Rinse the quinoa under running water and drain the water. Place the quinoa in a pan, cover with water and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes. Afterwards, turn off the heat and drain the water. Put it in a container and wait for the quinoa to cool down. Add the oatmeal, onion, egg and spinach leaves and mix well. Season with salt and pepper and shape the burgers. Reserve. In a skillet, put the olive oil and lead to medium fire to warm up. Add the burgers and grill. Serve immediately.

  • 1 1/2 cup of cooked quinoa
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 of a tea cup of olive oil
  • 1/3 of a tea cup of water
  • 1/2 cup of tea maize starch
  • 1/2 cup oat flour tea
  • 1 dessert spoon of psyllium
  • 1 dessertspoon chemical baking powder
  • salt to taste
  • olive oil for greasing
  • Oat flour for flouring

Method of preparation

In a blender, place the quinoa, olive oil, water and eggs and beat for 1 minute. Add cornstarch, oatmeal, salt and psyllium and beat until smooth. Afterwards, add the chemical yeast and beat to mix with the other ingredients. Grease a baking dish with oil and flour with oatmeal, pour the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC until golden. Turn off the oven, wait to cool, unmold and serve next.
