Nikolaev OVA head Vitaly Kim said what he wants to introduce or change in the region. He revealed this in the program Quiet Evening with Elena Kravets.

According to him, the most difficult thing is to change people, because you have to change a whole generation, but a full-scale war clarified who Ukrainians are, and it is important to use it to improve the country.

“We’re already cool, but I want us to be more open, more honest, more hardworking, smarter. I like, for example, sports are trendy. I want education to be fashionable, I want to respect the elders. I want everyone to talk without swearing. I want a lot, but there is still a long way to go,” shared Vitaly Kim.

Also, at the request of the host Elena Kravets, the head of the Nikolaev OVA wrote a mantra for Ukrainians, giving faith in victory in the war unleashed by Russia.

“The whole world knows Ukraine. Everyone is proud to be a Ukrainian. We have more time to take care of our families because our priorities have changed. We understand what is most important for us.
