The Miss Universe 2022 beauty pageant was held in New Orleans, USA. The winner is 28-year-old Filipino-American R’Bonnie Gabrielle. Now the value of the crown became known. This was reported by Moneycontrol.
The main prize of the show is encrusted with pear-shaped blue sapphires and surrounded by diamonds. In addition, there is a hidden symbolism in it – “waves” rise from the base of the crown, reflecting the “symbol of change” in the world.
The decoration is called the Power of Good. It has 993 diamonds, a sapphire weighing 110.83 carats and a white diamond in the center weighing 48.24 carats.
Also on top is a royal blue sapphire weighing 45.14 carats. This shade symbolizes that goodness can be achieved through tireless effort and hope for a brighter future.
The crown value is $5.58 million. It was created by Mouawad, a high jewelry company based in Geneva, Switzerland.
Recall that the representative of Ukraine in the show Victoria Apanasenko surprised the audience and judges with her appearance in the Warrior of Light costume.
