Virgínia made a publication on her Instagram profile which narrated in detail what happened at the time.
She said she was bothered by the fact that the artist paid tribute to the former president Jair Bolsonaro during the presentation and that he didn’t like the fact that Gusttavo would have united politics with music.
“I was outraged by the political connotation given by the singer during the New Year’s Eve show, where he was paid dearly to have fun and end up having to participate in a political act in favor of a former president who massacred Brazilians so much”, said.
Virgínia also reported a disgusting moment that happened during the show: the fan said that Gusttavo talked about participating in a “punhet championship*”.
“It only added to my outrage as I have an underage daughter and I wouldn’t want her to be there watching this.” she said, reporting the presence of others younger in the audience.
Finally, she said that she was wrong to have thrown water on the artist, but reaffirmed that she does not agree with his attitudes.
“I may have gone too far in my reaction of repudiation to him, and I am humble enough to recognize my excess”said.
