All these signs confirm that your brain is tired and your cognitive control is significantly reduced. Studied since the end of XIXe century, cognitive fatigue remains poorly understood and the mechanisms responsible for it are still unknown. A French research team recently published in a scientific journal Current Biology results that shed new light on this phenomenon.
