The unknown third penile fluid

Males can produce two fluids: urine and semen. However, there is a third liquid that, while more discreet, is worth knowing about. This has several names: pre-ejaculatory fluid, seminal fluid, or even “Cowper’s fluid”. It is actually produced by two symmetrical glands called “Cowper” or “Mery-Cowper” located deep in the root of the penis where the penis is buried at the level of the perineum.
