A film about Mariupol received the “European Oscar”

The European Film Awards, often called the “European Oscars”, were founded in 1988 in Berlin on the initiative of European filmmakers to promote European cinema to the world. It is one of the most prestigious film awards. The selection of its winners is carried out by more than 4,000 people – members of the Academy.

Earlier it was reported that Kvedarachavicius died in the besieged Mariupol for shelling “with a camera in his hands.”
