Remembering the old times! Last Saturday, the 23rd, Selena Gomez“Wizards of Waverly Place” Alex Russo brought nostalgia to fans of the iconic Disney Channel series by posting a video on her official TikTok account alongside Jennifer Stoneactress who gave life to Harper Finkle, her best friend in the production.

The brief 14-second content shows the artists performing the choreography of “Crazy Funky Hat Song” or the “Little Riding Hood Song”, a song that the characters would sing whenever they saw someone wearing a hat in the series.

The song that was created by the pair of friends is part of the production’s legacy and can be seen in several episodes, even getting a Portuguese version for exhibitions on Brazilian channels. Check out some of the moments below!

Furthermore, the unexpected reunion sparked homesickness in the “Wizards of Waverly Place” fanbase. When expressing excitement in seeing Selena and Jennifer recalling their roles, an internet user posted on her Twitter account “my entire childhood there”.

With four seasons “Wizards of Waverly Place” had its first episode broadcast on Disney Channel in October 2007. The series followed Alex Russo (Selena Gomez) and his two brothers: Justin (David Henrie) and Max (Jake T. Austin). The trio of sorcerers aimed to train and perfect the inherited magical powers so that they would not be lost forever.
