“Princess Bride” star Carrie Elvis has recovered from a pretty nasty bite, but has convinced fans it’s not ROUS or the “unusual rat”.
On the contrary, it is a more common culprit, due to its location in Southern California.
The 59-year-old tweeted:

Elvis – who also starred in “Robin Hood: Men in Tights” and the “Saw” franchise, as well as starring in dozens of other movies and TV shows – was bitten on Saturday. While working in Malibu Reported by Los Angeles KABC-TV.
Most snake bites only bite when startled or in danger.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says that between 7,000 and 8,000 Americans are bitten each year by venomous snakes, but these bites are rarely fatal, with five dying each year.
However, 10% to 44% of snake bites cause long -term damage.
According to the CDC, a person who has been bitten by a potentially venomous snake should see a doctor right away.
