Four exotic and inspiring weekends in the vineyards, in the mountains, by the water or in the forest.
DUET:
Waking up in the vineyards
The vineyard of Château Roubine, classified among the rosés of Provence, reminds us a little of summer. It is here, in 130 hectares of sustainable cultivation, between Esterel and Saint-Baum, that the Parcel group has established its latest tiny home. Modern all-wood cabin, self-contained electricity, fully equipped kitchen. A functional romantic hideaway with a view and the option to visit the estate.
We love breakfast served by local producers and a hot dinner with a 100% local aperitif board, washed down with a good bottle from the estate…
From €129 per night. parceltinyhouse.com
WITH FAMILY
Stay afloat
Two people from Mayen had the idea to invest in the old quarries of Luverne and create there a natural park of more than 70 hectares. During the day we allowed ourselves to tell the fabulous story of this Natur’eau Parc. Aquaponics, biodiversity conservation…, we learn a lot through small chemist workshops, crab fishing and more. In the evening we return to our cabin, floating, sitting in the middle of the forest, clinging to a rock… or our trap tent to play again. Gold rush.
We love total immersion, especially for floating cabins (full comfort) that can be reached by boat or canoe.

WITH TEENAGERS
Sleep in mountain pastures
As a starting point, take an hour’s walk (a guide is recommended in winter) to the old community school of Dormiluz, the only inhabited village in the Pays des Ecrins. Upon arrival, Sara and Paul welcome us to this place, which they have turned into a real refuge, located at an altitude of more than 1700 meters. Warm atmosphere, electricity provided by water turbine and solar panels.
We love waking up out of time surrounded by the flora and fauna of the Alps.
€55 per person per night, €45 per child, and children under 3 are free. dormillouse.fr:
STRIPPING
Walk in the forest
Less than an hour from Paris, we come to seclusion in the woods with all the comfort of an architect’s cabin. Three days of forest bathing, guided meditations, field gathering and plant discovery, with naturopathic workshops, cyanotyping (a photographic process used especially by botanists) and cooking classes… Objective: Get back with nature, learn to listen to yourself and take care of yourself.
We love philanthropy and clan spirit that quickly settle in between nature aperitifs, campfire snacks, and forest immersion.
Departures on November 12 and December 10, including meals €490. chilowe.com:
