Ghislaine Maxwell, sentenced to 20 years in prison for sex trafficking minors in the context of the Jeffrey Epstein case, was interviewed this summer in her prison in Brooklyn.
Jailed since July 2, 2020, Ghislaine Maxwell is serving a 20-year sentence for sex trafficking of minors (In the context of the Epstein case, editor’s note), at the Federal Correctional Institution in Tallahassee, Florida. This Saturday, October 15, a number of British media outlets including: DailyMail: and Sun, conveyed an exclusive interview that the former businessman gave to author Daphne Barak in the summer. From his prison cell, the prisoner specifically returned to his relationship with “his dearest friend” Prince Andrew.
In the video, Prince Andrew called the passage of Elizabeth II’s coffin in Edinburgh “old perversion”.
treated photo
The latter and the son of Queen Elizabeth II met in the 1980s, when the young woman was still a student at that time. So it is through Ghislaine Maxwell that Prince Andrew will meet the wealthy Jeffrey Epstein (was jailed in 2019 for sex trafficking of minors and died in his cell a few months later, editor’s note), and that he will be caught in the wake of this sex scandal. Indeed, Fergie’s ex is accused of sexually assaulting Virginia Giuffre, one of the victims of two terrible lovers. The latter assures that he will sexually assault her at the age of 17. As proof, a photo circulated around the world in which he is seen holding her by the waist. An image Prince Andrew has always vowed to cure.
Journalist Daphne Barak thus evoked this episode with the person in question in her interview. “Maxwell also believes that the image must be fake, although experts, commentators and Mrs. Giffre herself insist that the image is real and unaltered,” writes the journalist. And copy the prisoner’s words about the prince. “I am carefully watching what is happening with him. He pays such a price for his companionship (With Jeffrey Epstein, editor’s note). I consider him a very dear friend… I think about him.
stripped of royal titles
Prince Andrew has, indeed, largely stayed out of the royal family since the Epstein affair came to light. In mid-January 2022, the latter was significantly deprived of military ranks and royal patronage by Queen Elizabeth II. Princesses Eugenie and Beatrice’s father also had to pay 14 million euros to Virginia Juffre to reach an amicable settlement and thus avoid a lawsuit.
If he has been reticent recently, his reputation in the UK remains very tarnished. During the nationwide mourning following the disappearance of his mother, the Queen, on September 8, the prince was noticeably booed by a passerby as he walked behind the hearse. “Andrew, sick old man,” a young man in the crowd had shouted at him. It’s a safe bet that the trail of affection Epstein’s accomplice has for him is not working in his favor…
