Animation studio Pixar has released the trailer for the nine-episode animated series Cars on the Road. The video was posted on Youtube.

The story is about how Lightning McQueen and Mater go on a long journey where they meet new and familiar characters. In addition, best friends have to deal with dinosaur cars and monster trucks.

The premiere is scheduled for September 8, 2022.
