Company that debuted groups like BTS and TXT, Bighit Music gave new details about the agency’s first boygroup in 6 years
Responsible for managing group careers such as BTS and TXT, Baghit Music entertainment agency will launch a new K-Pop boygroup, which has already been scheduled to premiere and had details about the project’s current phase revealed by the company on Tuesday, 17.
The update was granted by JTBC (via Soompi), which revealed that the training will debut in August and that, even with more than a month, the materials that will head the debut are already in the final stages of preparation.
In response to the report, Bighit Music issued a brief official statement stating that the premiere is even scheduled for the third quarter of this year.
“Baghit Music’s new men’s group is currently preparing to debut in the third quarter of this year. Details about the exact debut date will be officially announced later,” the company wrote.
What do we know about the new boygroup?
The group will be the first male formation to be debuted by the agency in six years, as, until then, the latest boygroup of Bighit Music is TXT, which debuted in 2019.
Regarding what to expect from the group, on April 29, in a report on the profits of the first quarter of 2025, Hybe, a conglomerate that subsidizes Bighit Music, described the group as “a team of state -of -the -art creators who will express themselves in a totally new way”, noting that they will personally participate in the production “not only in their songs, but also in their choreography and videos”.
In the same document, the company also stated: “Since last year, members [do novo grupo] They proved their creative skills, contributing to the production of music and presentations by experienced Hybe artists. ”
Details about the number of members and what are the trainees that will debut have not yet been revealed to the public by the company.
