5 Pixar mothers who have become unforgettable

Remember some mothers presented in Pixar studio animations that everyone loves and are completely impossible to forget

Since the release of its first feature film, “Toy Story” in 1995, Pixar has been known for its animations that, besides presenting fun and funny stories, also feature important life lessons for the whole family.

In order to convey the desired message, the studio seeks to create characters with different personalities that, although unique, can reflect important real -life characteristics, with mothers being one of the great examples of this fact.

In numerous films, we can find mothers with different personalities or stories, but always sharing a similarity: unconditional love for their children. With that in mind, Recreio has separated a list of 5 Pixar mothers who have become unforgettable for you to remember!

1. Coral

Nemo’s mother, Coral only appears in the movie “Finding Nemo” for a few minutes early on the feature. This is because, at the beginning of the production, the character is presented, where we find that she and her husband, Marlin, are about to become dad.

The couple’s eggs are placed to shock in an anemone, but what was supposed to be the beginning of a beautiful story became a trauma. This is because, one day, the place ends up being attacked by a barracuda and, while trying to protect the puppies that were not even born, the fish and the eggs are for the predator, leaving only one: Nemo.

2. Helena Pêra

The Pêra family matriarch, Helena, reflects a classic feature of every mother: needing to unfold between care for children and the house, and work. This is because, besides being the mother of Violet, Arrow and Little Zezé, she is also a real superhero, known as the elastic woman.

4. Jill Andersen

Character of “Fun Mind”, Jill Andersen is Riley’s mother, being a very understanding and intuitive woman. When the family moves to a new city due to their father’s work, Jill soon realizes that the daughter is not well and tries to help the girl without invading her personal space.

In addition, the woman always makes a point of supporting Riley in her love for hockey, taking her in tests and exciting her when things don’t work, and still tries to understand her change of feelings with the arrival of the dreaded pre-adolescence.

5. Mrs. Davis

Mrs. Davis was the first mother to be portrayed in Pixar’s feature films. Andy and Molly’s mother, in “Toy Story,” she doesn’t have much of her story revealed in the plots, as the works are focused on toys. However, we know that she takes care of her children alone, as in none of the four films released the family father appears or is quoted.

Even though she is a solo mother, she does everything for her best, prioritizing children’s feelings. Once, she even refused a high money offer to sell Andy’s favorite doll, just not to see her sad son.
